The Minister of Women's Affairs participates in the graduation ceremony of the "Stronger Women... Stronger Nations" program. "Stronger Nations" for the organization Women for Women.

The Minister of Women's Affairs, Ms. Mona Khalili, at the graduation ceremony of the "Stronger Women... "Stronger Nations," organized by Women for Women International – Palestine in the city of Hebron, under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of Hebron, Mr. Khaled Dudin, and attended by representatives from official and civil institutions and partners, alongside the graduates and their families.

In her speech, Al-Khalili affirmed that the Palestinian woman has proven her ability to turn challenges into opportunities, and that she has been and will remain a symbol of resilience, will, and hope, despite the repercussions of occupation and aggression, especially in the Gaza Strip, and the daily violations in the West Bank, including Jerusalem. She praised the role of the Women for Women International organization and the national partner institutions in implementing this qualitative program, which reflects the importance of investing in women's capabilities and placing them at the heart of the development and recovery process.

Al-Khalili explained that the Ministry of Women's Affairs' strategy is based on two complementary paths: protection and empowerment, by enhancing women's access to justice and services, and building their social, economic, and political capacities. She emphasized that economic empowerment is a fundamental pillar for independence and dignity through supporting entrepreneurship, enhancing financial inclusion, and developing skills and job opportunities, while social empowerment ensures the enhancement of rights, self-confidence, and participation. Political empowerment is essential to guarantee women's presence as partners in decision-making and building national institutions.

Al-Khalili also confirmed that the ministry continues its national and international efforts to amplify the voice of Palestinian women and defend their rights thru various international forums, and to employ international mechanisms to enhance accountability and protection. She pointed out that the graduation of nearly 300 women under the program represents an important step in building capacities and enhancing life, professional, and financial skills, urging the graduates to transfer knowledge and expertise and contribute to bringing about positive change in their communities.

 The ceremony comes to celebrate the graduation of around 300 women who have completed their training journey within the "Stronger Women... Stronger Nations" program. "Stronger Nations," which aims to enhance the economic and social empowerment of women, develop their knowledge of their rights, and build their life, professional, and financial skills, thereby contributing to strengthening their resilience and improving their livelihoods. At the end of her speech, Khalili renewed her congratulations to the graduates, affirming that the Ministry of Women's Affairs will remain a partner in all initiatives that enhance the resilience of Palestinian women and open up opportunities and prospects for their full participation in social, economic, and political life. She emphasized that Palestinian women have always been at the heart of the national project and partners in the journey of struggle, development, and building the future.
